Credins Online is the digital banking platform offered by Credins Bank. This platform enables users to carry out a variety of banking transactions through an internet browser or a mobile device, eliminating the need to visit a physical bank branch.

Types of transactions available:

• Check account balances, view transaction histories, and access details of all banking products such as accounts, deposits, loans, and cards.
• Internal, domestic, and international transfers.
• Set up standing orders, pay utility bills, and make other bill payments.
• Conduct currency exchanges.
• Apply online for various banking products and services.

Security measures:

• Access the application using biometric identification, face recognition, fingerprint recognition, and a PIN for registered devices, ensuring swift and secure service.
• Unique identification credentials (username and password) are employed, with password delivery via email.
• Additional security features include SMS information technology, where users receive an authorization code via SMS on their mobile phones for transactions.

Steps to access Credins Online:

1. Visit the nearest Credins branch with a valid identification document.
2. Complete a form at the customer service desk to obtain a username.
3. Check your email for the assigned password (ensure to check the junk mail folder as well).
4. Download the application from the App Store.
5. Enter your data and the TAN code sent via SMS during service activation.
